Shipping
- We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post rates for your order's weight, dimensions and destination, plus a $5.00 handling fee per order. Rates for remote and rural areas are included in the quote, and you will see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET on business days ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Ontario, about 3 additional business days elsewhere in Canada, and 3–7 business days to the United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.
- U.S. orders: customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Address accuracy: please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Charges for address corrections, redelivery or return to sender caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are billed to the customer.
- Refused or unclaimed orders: if a package is refused or not picked up, it is treated as a return. The original shipping and handling charges, the return shipping cost and the restocking fee below are deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or missing items: please inspect your order when it arrives and report any damage or shortages within 5 business days, with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Returns
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we will send you return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received the wrong or a defective item).
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returns that are not the result of our error are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
- To maintain hygienic standards in line with Ontario Health and Health Canada infection-prevention guidelines, opened medical, surgical and rehabilitation products and soft supports cannot be returned unless covered by a manufacturer guarantee.
- We cannot accept items that have been opened or used, are missing their UPC or serial number, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 2 weeks of us receiving and inspecting your return.
